Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

Full Travel Bags, LLC (FTB hereafter) provides a limited lifetime product warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from date of purchase to the original purchaser for all products produced by FTB. Parts included in FTB kits that are manufactured by third party manufacturers will carry a warranty through their respective manufacturer.  Warranty submissions for third party components should be directed to third party manufacturers.

Proof of purchase (from the original purchaser only) will be required to process any warranty claims. FTB products must be purchased for the listed Retail Price reflected by the price listed on the FTB Website at the time of purchase. FTB reserves the right to refuse warranty claims made by any customer refusing or unable to present proof of purchase or presenting proof of purchase reflecting a price lower than FTB’s Retail Price at the time the item was purchased.

FTB cannot warrant against corrosion (rust, etc.) or abrasion due to normal usage and/or the varying extreme elements that may be encountered.  

Any alterations, substitutions, use of aftermarket parts, modifications, improper operation or improper installation of the product (per the installation instruction document), will void this warranty.  FTB’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only. All costs of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damage are expressly excluded from this warranty. 

Returns

All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of proof of delivery; no returns or product exchanges of any kind will be accepted if received after this period. Buyer is subject to a handling charge of ten percent (10%) of the sales price of the returned goods. If the original packaging is not reusable, the customer is responsible for the procurement of adequate alternative packaging.  Items must be packaged so as not to incur any cosmetic damage in transit.  Please contact FTB via email (sales@fulltravelbags.com) to initiate the return process.  All returns must be shipped prepaid.  Returned items are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued.
