"Which air compressor system do you recommend that I run?"... We get this question often. We have found that Pacbrake's Gen3 wireless compressors pair perfectly with our airbag systems, which is why we decided to partner with them. Pacbrake's wireless systems are conveniently controlled via a Bluetooth user friendly phone app or remote control. All of these Gen3 systems have the ability to be plumbed for dual or single path airbag control. Please note that these models are not compatible with onboard air tanks (please visit Pacbrake for these options). See below for additional operational features.
120 psi - SD model. 3000 lbs of combined force from the airbags.
HP30009-NT-QM (Control via phone app only)
HP30009-NT-QM-R (Control via phone app OR remote control)
150 psi - HD model. 3800 lbs of combined force from the airbags.
HP30030-NT-QM (Control via phone app only)
HP30030-NT-QM-R (Control via phone app OR remote control)
200 psi - XD model. 5000 lbs of combined force from the airbags.
HP30040-NT-QM (Control via phone app only)
HP30040-NT-QM-R (Control via phone app OR remote control)
Features of all models include:
1. The ability to command the system to ZERO psi, which is great for harmonious operation with our airbag systems. Many manufacturers employ a 5psi minimum into their software which is undesirable for operation with Full Travel Bags systems. When not using the airbags, zero psi is the name of the game for us.
2. The compressor, controller and solenoid components are mounted and configured for an adjustable, easy install.
3. Wiring is prepared with loom and ready to install. Connectors and compressor are IP rated against water/debris ingress.
4. Strong wireless Bluetooth control right from your phone. The app. is free to download. Android 4.3+ or Apple iOS 10.3+
5. Ability to run in a single path (same pressure source tees to both airbags) or dual path (independent pressure control over each airbag) pressure configuration.
