Based upon the same proven performance of our other leaf sprung systems, these kits are 100% designed, engineered and fabricated in the USA. We proudly boast the only airbag system on the market that solves your need for load support without a compromise to ride quality or suspension travel. When the bags are not in use, simply air down to zero psi and remove (tools not required) the Spacer Pucks by depressing the spring loaded latch. This will allow your suspension to cycle without the travel limitation or spring rate addition that would otherwise be imposed by the airbag. Installation time is 2-3 hours depending upon shop/tool amenities and experience. Welding is not required but minimal drilling is. This kit is compatible with OEM and aftermarket leveling leaf spring packs. Lift blocks have no effect on the fit and function of the system.
B&W model compatibility:
2013-18 (Turnover Gooseneck #1314), 2019+ (Turnover Gooseneck #1320)
Key Notes:
1) A minimum clearance of 6.75" is required from the tire to the main face of the chassis in order for the airbag to not rub on the tire.
2) Not compatible with B&W 5th Wheel Hitch Mounting Rail System #2605.
3) This kit will work on DRW trucks (duallys) but will require new u-bolts and leaf spring center pins. Please contact us to discuss your specific DRW build needs.
4) Not compatible with the RAM factory air assist.
